Terms of Sale

1. Seller

The services are provided by Ganna Lytvynenko. Contact: hello@ganna.guide. PEC: Lytvynenko@pec.ganna.guide.

2. Service Sold

The website sells consulting services delivered as a personalized PDF guide about Rome. The guide is made available after payment confirmation through a personal download link.

3. Price and Payment

Prices are shown in euros. Payment is made online through Stripe. Card data is processed by Stripe and is not stored by this website.

4. Service Delivery

After successful payment, the customer receives an email with a personal download link for the guide. The link is time-limited and has a download limit.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The customer agrees to the immediate performance of the consulting service. Once the service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal may be lost pursuant to Art. 59(a) of the Italian Consumer Code.
