2. Data We Collect

When purchasing a digital guide, we collect first name, surname, country, email address, order data, payment status, security technical data, and information required to issue an invoice and deliver a personalized PDF.

Card data is processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details.

3. Purposes and Legal Bases

  • contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): order processing, payment and guide delivery;
  • legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): accounting, invoices and tax requirements;
  • legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): security, fraud prevention and protection of paid content;
  • consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): additional informational communications when separately requested.

4. Data Sharing

Data may be shared with Stripe for payment processing, the email service for message delivery, the CRM system for order processing, and the accountant/tax consultant for accounting obligations.

5. PDF Personalization

The purchased guide may be personalized by adding the buyer email or name to the PDF. This helps protect copyrighted content from unauthorized sharing.

6. Retention

Order and invoice data is retained for the periods required by Italian accounting and tax law. Data not required for legal obligations may be deleted upon request where no lawful basis for retention remains.

7. Your Rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. Contact hello@ganna.guide. You may also lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

8. Cookies

The website uses technical cookies required for the site and admin panel to function. Profiling or marketing cookies are not used without a separate legal basis.

9. Security

We use SSL/TLS, access restrictions, private storage for paid PDFs and download tokens to protect data and content.
