This tour combines the two eras of the — luxury of the Renaissance and the grandeur of ancient Rome. First, we will visit Villa d'Este — a real «poem in stone and water», where fountains, terraces and green alleys create a unique space of harmony and beauty. You will learn about the ambitions of Cardinal Ippolito II and the symbolism of this amazing garden. Next, we will go to Villa Adriana — the grand country residence of Emperor Hadrian. It is not just ruins, but a whole city with theaters, thermal baths, temples and palaces. The emperor personally participated in its design, creating a space that reflected his idea of an ideal world. Here you will feel the scale of the Roman Empire and see how antiquity is organically combined with nature. If you wish, you can also take a walk in Tivoli or end the day with lunch in one of the best restaurants in the city.
